What voice do you hear when you quiet all the noise?

Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.

I am a Certified Integral Coach who offers one-on-one online coaching from my home in Seattle, Washington.

If you’re curious about coaching, then there’s a good chance it could be helpful for you. But is it the right time? Is my approach a good fit? Let’s figure that out together.

When do you feel seen?

As a coach, I will create a space in which all of you is welcome. Quieter parts can find their voice; suppressed parts can show their face. Within this spaciousness, we will clarify what you seek to unleash within yourself and define the path for doing just that.

What brings you

alive?

It took a long time before I discovered what truly brings me alive, and the answer inspired me to become a Certified Integral Coach.

Everyone’s journey is different, but I do believe that the “path is made by walking.”

I am happy to tell you more about the path I walked to get here.

  • Megan was incredibly caring and supportive but also challenged me. I find myself coming back to the practices she suggested again and again to center myself and regain balance and perspective.

  • It can be scary sharing yourself and story with someone new, but Megan has established a great way of getting to the heart of what your blockage may be. Life no longer “happens to you” with coaching. You will be able to get out of your own way and accomplish your goals.

    — T. M. —

  • Megan was an excellent guide at a time in my personal and professional life when I needed different insights and perspectives. She was instrumental in creating the right environment for valuable conversations and new discoveries.

    — W.K. —

  • Working with Megan coincided with one of the most difficult years of my life. Her encouragement throughout helped me survive and, in the end, thrive.
